Are you incharge of the Top 20 voting? If you are, I would ask you if you would please re-add a few songs. You said you only remove Lady Gaga, Diddy-Dirty Money, and Angel Taylor. Instead, you removed Drake, Shontelle, Cheryl Crow, Maroon 5, Eminem, Lady Gaga, Lifehouse, Fefe Dobson, and Diddy-Dirty Money. But you kept on Angel Taylor for some reason. You only made 4 adds, which were Daughtry, Shinedown, Usher, and Mumford & Sons. There would be much better songs to remove like Ryan Star who hasn't been on the countdown for a million years already and The Black Keys. I am SO UPSET right now, especially with removing Fefe and Drake

I am having a problem finding the appropriate way to contact VH1 regarding finding out what, if any, Steve and Joann Ward have, in the way of licenses, credentials, doctorates, etc., and why they feel that they have the appropriate knowledge to be gathering people together to give them advice and to yell and curse at them, call them names and belittle them in the name of 'Steve and Joann Ward's expertise in matchmaking' which is a long way from giving therapy, advice and picking apart each and every person who comes on their show. (Phew, that was a truly long run-on sentence and I apologize.)

But who are these people? Do they have any bio that can be found and read? Is this purely ALL entertainment? It must be because their 'tactics' as opposed to their medical/mental health knowledge are all they seem to have to work with. I think any person on the street could do as good or better a job than they have, are and will do.

I'd be real careful about lawsuits when some of these people file suit against Tough Love Couples because they were not appropriately trained in the field in which they were attempting to practice and may actually be causing significant psychological damage both in the individuals and the couple together.

I feel if someone has the correct licenses and credentials, it would be posted and brought to the forefront at the beginning as people who are trained appropriately for the type of therapy/boot camp they are putting these people through.

I would like to know if either of them are in a committed relationship, have either ever been married, do they have children and just exactly who are they and what gives them the right and the knowledge to do this? This must be total entertainment with no basis in reality because if they are trying to pass off what they are doing as experts working in their field of expertise, then I call bulls__t!!
